SHIPPING IN 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion.  We are on the West Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week to arrive via UPS. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. The shipping rates are as follows:

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Foreign orders will have the shipping and handling adjusted once the freight is determined and a corrected invoice will be sent with the order. We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments, a $5 (or local equivalent) "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges. If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

REFUND POLICY
You may return an item for a full refund or replacement within 15 days of the receipt of goods.  All requests for refunds must be in writing and be sent to us by email, U.S. mail, or by fax.  You must email us at sales@joannimals.com to obtain an RMA number. The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you along with an RMA number to write on the outside of the package.  You are required to pay for the return shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled up until time of shipment.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to orders shipped to California.
